Our purpose is to give direction and support to members of the parish dealing with the following health issues:
1. Home Health Care and basic support in the home.
2. Insurance Companies and provider issues.
3. Medical questions regards to our beliefs as Catholics.
4. Your rights as a patient.
5. Coordination of Medical supplies and equipment available in the parish.
Parish nurses do not provide care, but will guide members in the pursuit and application of these services.
